Tendering Specialist - Bids

Responsibilities:

- Reviewing tender documents and understanding project requirements.

- Coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.

- Preparing and submitting detailed and competitive bids within specified deadlines.

- Conducting research on potential clients and competitors to enhance bid strategies.

- Collaborating with principle's to ensure compliance with tender requirements.

- Managing documentation and maintaining an organized database of tender submissions.

Desired profile:

- Preferably a B.Com/ Electrical Engineer having experience of E-Tendering

- Independent & Self Motivated

- Decision Making Skill, Completely Responsible

- Proven experience in tendering, bidding, or a related role.

- Strong understanding of the tendering process and documentation.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
