Job Description :
- Ensure that the organization's Quality Management System confirms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements.
- Ensuring Monthly review meetings, Audits, Revamping process (SOP / Policy) are conducted as per the review cycle
- Approving audit calendars, audit reports, SOP, Policy, Template, etc and provide changes if required
- Ensuring Employee Appraisal is flawlessly done after Functional Head
- To verify and approve Agent MOU to ensure compliance
- To ensure ISO certificate is obtained for the organization
- A Master's degree is required.
- Quality Certification is mandatory
- Proven ability to lead a team.
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Must have strong analytical, problem solving, and management skills.
Technical Skills :
a. Experience with MS-Office (especially Excel, Word, Power Point) is needed.
b. Analytical tools preferably.
