We are looking for motivated and qualified Sales Head with a minimum of 7 years of B2B sales experience in IoT segment to join our sales team. THE MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY As Sales Head you will play an important role in building solid relationships in the B2B segment. You will be responsible for supporting our sales-driven in Indian market, for our largest sales group. Here you will: - Drive sales for Vehicle Telematics division; responsible for the achievement of sales targets through a team of Sales Managers and as an individual contributor. - Directly responsible for all regions of vehicle telematics sales team as well as the specialised segment team. - Explore and tap new geographical markets, market research and potential analysis. - Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing customers through regular contact and visits. - Ensure profitable sales which are in line with the target gross margin/price of the company. - Co-ordinate with supply chain, logistics, administration, and commercial departments to ensure smooth sales and dispatch operations. - Coordinate and head the pre-sales department and product specialists to address customer requirements. - Motivate and give suitable direction to the team to achieve the desired results. - Getting the organizations brand approved in leading Auto OEMs and to do product presentations to key clients. - Organize and lead exhibitions and meetings around the country to represent Teltonika and its products with solutions. - Forecast and plan inventory with the factory and sales team. THE EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES YOU WILL NEED - Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written), as it will be your primary working language and Hindi as second language. - Minimum of 7 years experience in B2B sales. - Sales experience in Vehicle Telematics domain would be an advantage. - Extensive knowledge of Automotive industry and the vehicle telematics domain. - Strong listening, analytical and presentation skills with the ability to quickly build client relationships. - An organized and results-oriented approach, challenge driven personality. - Are able to identify client business needs and proactively develop customized solutions to meet client objectives. - Have at least a Bachelors degree from a reputed Institution.
