We are looking for dynamic MBA's and finance professionals with sales and marketing background, with qualifications from premier institutions with relevant experience to serve as the AVP/VP Sales and Marketing and provide strategic direction along with execution through team effort. Location: Gurgaon Key Responsibilities: - Identify, develop innovative marketing initiatives and sales plans to generate customer adoption of the Televisory system and eventual help generate revenues. Appropriate strategies for implementation of the sales and marketing initiatives so developed through various marketing channels including web based social and other media. - Creating a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. - Build and manage a team of high performers that will help you deliver on goals and initiatives and provide thought-leadership to team. - Evaluating customer research, marketing conditions and competitor data and continually update strategies to remain ahead of the competition. Towards this goal, provide appropriate inputs to the operations team on improvement on the services being provided. - Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of sales/marketing in the region. Requirements for the Job : - Strong self-motivated experienced professional with prior experience of leading a team of professionals - Experience in sales and marketing financial product with global/regional responsivity will have an added advantage.
