Enable voice assistance to close incomplete customer journey. b. Execute detailed waterfall analysis on inbound leads as per set matrices. c. Strategically guide sourcing agents towards profitable portfoilio through prudent use of data. d. Analytics and constructive feedback. e. Achieve sales volume targets through efficient funnel management and effective implementation of multiple sales drivers like training , R & R and campaigns. f. Ensure close inter department coordination to maximise lead conversion. Required skill set: a. MBA with relevant experience b. 2+ years of experience in Fintech/BFSI c. Strong Communication skills . Candidate should be fluent in English , Hindi and any other regional language d. Proficient in usage of basic business office software e. Relevant and related sales experience of 3 to 4 years f.
