Profile - Call Center - Telesales Head - Insurance

- To drive team to cross sell business for General Insurance via telecalling setup

- Responsible for Quality of the telecalling setup

- Ensuring Compliance of all guidelines at the outsourced vendor

- Imparting product and systems training on the floor.

- Conducting Refresher training and mock tests to ensure accurate product knowledge

Skills required:

- Commercial and business awareness

- Experienced in managing Quality and training

- Experienced in managing tele sales process

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Prior relevant work experience of minimum 5 years.

- Ability to work with data and cull out insights relevant to cross sell/upsell.

- Preferred experience in Insurance domain.
