Job Summary: - Senior exec leader for a large scale fast paced and very highly visible operation which is going through massive growth and change which you will own, end to end. - Responsible of collaborating with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans. Work in the development of financial and budgetary plans. Key Responsibility: - Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives. - Senior people leader for the organization - you are the face of the business and represent our values, culture and tone for the mission in hand. - Drive a culture of trust and safety best practice and operational excellence. - Work very closely with Country and Global level teams to find the balance in getting the right solutions for our clients. - Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals. - Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks. - Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs. - Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed. - Work closely with human resources to lead team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment. - Build a strong opportunity plan for future growth, including a check list towards SoW and branding Technical Skills: - Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software (e.g., SAP, ERP, CRM) - Spanish level B2, English level C1.
