- Independently manage the consulting P&L and lead a team of seasoned consultants experienced across domains and verticals in specialty areas such as, but not limited to - operational consulting, lean six sigma, business research, strategy development, financial modelling and workforce optimization
- Drive all phases of business and solution development, including research, analysis, due diligence, and evaluation of final solution/proposition in the Consulting and BPO space
- Spearhead business development initiatives within KS/Consulting unit and support Teleperformance BPO deals with consultative and solutioning capability
- Promote growth by taking initiative to identify and cultivate new clients and business opportunities, and identify opportunities to provide additional client value and extension of existing client relationships
- Structure ambiguous problems, develop and apply conceptual frameworks and analytical approaches, create new tools and methodologies, and develop recommendations for client solution implementation
- Independently structure, write, and present well-organized and persuasive end services
- Utilize strong communications skills including the ability to command an audience
- Develop intellectual capital including new and insightful frameworks and analysis
- Effectively create, unify, and guide teams of people with disparate skills
- Be a strong team player. Hire and mentor consulting staff
- Manage and collaborate effectively with team members of the broader KS team and partner with cross- functional teams across the BPO businesses and geographies
- Meet or exceed specific growth projection as well as report and measure progress against month, quarter and annual goals
- Role will require extensive travel (both within India and outside) and flexibility in working hours
Experience :
- Must have minimum 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in the areas of strategy and solution development, organizational effectiveness, and operations improvement; including experience in managing and leading teams. The ideal candidate should have experience across BPO and consulting organizations
- Must have minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development and consulting capability development including identifying opportunities, developing relationships, scoping prospective engagements, and developing proposals
- Exposure to RPA, Advanced Analytics and Design Thinking techniques
- Strong solution selling (consultative selling) expertise
- Comprehensive experience in building strategy and solution along with implementation
- Must have led mid and high scale projects in past, exposure to the end to end project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the programmes
- Demonstrable experience of leading high performance individuals and teams
