DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Collecting market information to analyze trends and identify business opportunities for AWS/Azure/Cloud services in USA and European Union.

- Making over the phone international sales calls to potential clients in target markets.

- Providing information by answering questions and requests.

- Driving sales initiatives, exploring business avenues to enhance the company a business.

- Generate and qualify leads as necessary to fill the sales pipeline.

- Utilize leads lists and initiate outbound communication with qualified leads.

- Research on client needs, business trends, competition, and market dynamics.

- Offer the company services in the most presentable manner and educate. prospective clients about the company services portfolio.

- Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.

- Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.

- Identify and research potential clients.

- Develop and maintain client relationships.

- Double checked up to the accounts per day to ensure the information is up to date.

- Conceptualizing the Marketing Strategies to promote company product.

- Assisting in creating and implementing the competitive strategies to generate, develop, and expand the company business.

- preparing pricing and overseeing the T&C of a Sales Contract.

- Looking after the financial arrangement and doing the payment follow-up.

- Gathering and analyzing the business requirements, finalizing the specifications, pricing.

- Monitoring the process workflow and ensure that service deliver on-time.

- Ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATION:

- Graduate or post graduate in any stream.

- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in AWS/Azure/Cloud, IT services sales.

- Excellent business writing, email etiquette, negotiation skills and fluent English language proficiency.

- A bunch of experience in B2B firm (AWS/Azure/Cloud, It) service is preferred.

- High level of self-confidence self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.

- A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.

- Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior big company executives.

- Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view.
