Telebu - Branch Manager - Business Development

We are looking for an energetic branch manager who would be responsible for developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain and arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.

Location: Mumbai

You should have:

- 10+ years of proven experience as a development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

- Aggressive work attitude, with the ability to multitask.

- Understanding of Telecom Industry or other relevant fields

- Exposure to customer support and audio conferencing app from a sales perspective

- Sound knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.

- Deep understanding of the online industry, social media, mobile apps etc.

- Proven sales track record

Your job responsibilities:

- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

- Promote the company's products/services

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities

- Conduct daily team reviews, and report the same.

- Ensure the customer on-boarding process is fast and smooth

- Own and manage the customer life-cycle.

- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws

You should also:

- Be able to deliver under pressure, in an open environment and a no walls office.

- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Mentor and help the team to achieve/exceed their sales targets.

- Demonstrate effective time management and planning skills
