Tekie - Senior Product Manager - Student Experience

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Student Experience on Tekie Platform. You'll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow manage product development from start to finish. To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver. If you're also confident and have a knack for knowing what ideas will and won't work, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities: 

1. Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision

2. Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products

3. Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps

4. Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams

5. Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)

6. Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule

7. Make Learning fun, easy and engaging for students

8. Set up and grow the Tekie Student Community

Qualification :

1. Proven experience as a Product Manager

2. Experience in product lifecycle management

3. Familiarity with Agile framework

4. Organizational and leadership abilities, including managing team performance and hiring

5. Excellent communication skills
