Job Description:
- Learn about your prospects' goals, initiatives, people and plans.
- Translate this information to make our services relevant to the prospect organization.
- Executing a comprehensive marketing campaign, which includes targeted emails and sales calls to drive meetings so as to increase the sales pipeline and achieve new business quota.
- Should be involved in extensive research activities on prospects and their business to understand the market and identify the possible business opportunities and map business offerings and services.
- Effectively communicate the positive impact our services can have on the business of our prospects
- Responsible for Business Development / Sales / Marketing activities
- Business Research to identify potential clients / lead generation
- Using email, telephone calls to defined geography to qualify/shortlist potential clients
- Package Tecnova offerings/services in a manner that is attractive to potential client
- Engaging with potential client to ensure high level willingness. Take all first level calls and lead discussions on service offerings
- Develop offerings in line with client requirements backed by research and internal capability.
- Evolve strategic thinking to introduce new/innovative approach in acquisition of new clients.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Execution teams to develop high quality proposals and / or presentations.
- Support Execution team in project implementation for contract originated by self.
- Create a pipeline of leads and follow up for conversion of leads to contract.
- Meeting potential clients over call or Skype with adequate homework done and make a convincing presentation to sell "Tecnova services" including making proposals for Market Research and closing contracts independently.
- Evolve and strategic thinking to introduce new/ innovative approach in acquisition of new clients.

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent presentation skills (Personality, ability to present India and Tecnova capability and convince with strong reasoning and data support in PPT form).
- Interpersonal skills
- Interface with existing clients along with the client servicing team.
