Tecnotree - Product Specialist

Job Description:

- Hands on Experience on Telecom BSS domain

- Knowledge of Telco BSS/OSS domain focused on CRM, Billing, Charging, Product Catalog, Order Management, Mediation, Provisioning, VAS & SDP Solutions, CVM solution API Gateway, and digital commerce solutions

- Responsible for the ongoing management and promotion of a product or family of products at all stages of the product lifecycle - market and requirements analysis, defining product concept, product development, product launch and the ongoing management of the product post launch.

- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross- organizational teams to identify, prioritize, and design solutions for business requirements.

- Work closely with the development team to determine product functionality and with the sales & marketing team to strategize product positioning, product pricing and drive the product launch.

- Conduct external and internal trainings on the product and are required to deliver product presentations and webcasts to clients for specialized topics.

- Possess in depth knowledge on the telecom domain, should be strong on project/program management.

- Strategize solutions by integrating requirements or roadmaps from different Products

- Translate solution requirements to individual Product requirements

- Continuous customer engagements in the area of Product Evolution

- Work with Delivery team to agree on delivery phases, milestones and estimates

- Development of requirements, functional and specification documents

- Convert business needs to clear technical specification & define clear scope of deliverables from different entities to meet the business requirement

- Interact with the technical team and provide necessary support to understand the requirement throughout the solution delivery lifecycle

- Stay up to date with Tools & Technologies relevant to enhance telecom domain knowledge

- Strategize product portfolios by integrating requirements or roadmaps from different Products

- Prepare prospect presentations inline with the expectation of Customer and the Product Strategy

- Influence decisions and requirements from all involved entities in order to meet the business requirement in most optimal and flexible manner.

- Work in an international environment with stake holders from multiple ethnicities.

- Should be in a capacity to manage a team of resources working on similar functions, guide them appropriately and track/manage all the deliverables
