Roles and responsibilities:

Discovery & Definition:

- Existing and potential markets research, exploration and understanding of commercial and technical viability, usability, customer empathy.

- Write product definitions, detailed PRDs, value proposition and experience drivers

Prioritization:

- Usage of analytical and quantitative skills to justify requirements, understand and prioritize value over features.

- Prioritize based on ROI and understand trade-offs, negotiate with stakeholders.

Execution & Iteration:

- Partner with design, engineering, and customer success teams to help build innovative and high value products.

- Participate in sprint activities, design workshops.

- Design feedback loops for product performance and optimise for customer and business success metrics.

Adoption:

- Execute strategies that will drive measurable growth in adoption and engagement.

- Create toolkits for sales & customer success including product descriptions, release documentation, blogs, flyers, website content updates.

Must have prior experience in managing at least one of the below products for 3+ years.

- AI based solutions

- CRM / Lead Management

- Trouble Ticketing/Case Management

- Order Management

- Billing

Must have skills:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Associate Product Manager/Products Specialist and maximum of 5 years of total experience.

- Experience of working in a cross-functional team, with architects, engineering teams, designers, and operations

- Customer first product thinking, UX sensibility and ruthless prioritization

- Advanced understanding of an organization's strategic initiatives and objectives.

- Experience of data driven decision making

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

- Comfortable in using Product Management tools like Jira, Adobe XD, Figma, Invision, Confluence.

- Good working knowledge on MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel.

Preferred skills:

- Knowledge of Telecom domain is a plus.

- Prior experience of using AI in products is preferred.

- Good understanding of Product Design, Development & Marketing process, AI model development lifecycle, knowhow of latest tools
