Job Description - Pre Sales Leader

Roles & Responsibilities

- Drive technical solutioning, response and estimation on opportunities (RFI/RFP's/ RFQ's/ Proactive)

- Work with the Sales, Technology, and Implementation teams to gather and interpret requirements in order to create proposals and preliminary project plans, which include high level solution and integration designs for prospective clients

- Define win strategy, lead and anchor proactive and responsive large deals, commercials and overall pricing strategy.

- Rally internal teams around the common objective of providing optimal solution to customers.

- Create custom pitches and demonstrations at different deal stages to address multiple stakeholders from CXOs, technical and business stakeholders to end users.

- Work with the Delivery team to help in scoping, designing and planning new technical integration and features.

- Liaising with Delivery team and anchor strategic Proof of concepts and guided demos.

- Enable reach through active evangelization - white-papers, blogs and participation in webinars, industry forums etc.,

- Build Service offerings colaterals and case case studies.

Desired Profile

- 10-15 years of relevant experience in technology product organizations or leading SIs.

- Recent experience in working for a Tier 1/2 Technology Services Provider in a pre-sales solutioning role is a must.

- Should be comfortable with high level solution design, have good business understanding of multiple technologies, familiar with SDLC practices/ Agile / Dev Ops, experienced in requirement/ competition / industry analysis.

- Strong proficiency in creating business willing solutions aligned with key market growth areas.

- Prior experience in leading, costing and implementing large complex Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing (ITO) pursuits.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate (written & verbal) effectively and to influence at CxO level.

- Be based out of Hyderabad or Open to relocation.

- B.E/B.Tech + MBA from leading institutions.

- Is self-driven and proactive experience in building presales team
