Job description:

- TechWish is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Campaign Manager to join our marketing team. As a Campaign Manager, he/she will play a pivotal role in coordinating and implementing various marketing campaigns in both the US and Indian markets.


- The campaign manager's primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful execution of campaigns by setting them up, closely monitoring their progress, and measuring their performance.


- He/she will work closely with the Marketing Head to manage campaign budgets, schedules, and overall strategy.


- Collaboration with the Content and Design teams will also be a key aspect of the role, as he/she is required to coordinate with them to create compelling campaign content and creatives.

Education and Experience:

Required:


- Graduation/ Masters from an accredited university in Marketing, Business Administration or related major and 3-8 years experience in the Marketing of B2B IT/ Technology firm.

- Proven track record of lead generation and Account-based marketing (ABM) for US and Indian IT companies.

- Digital marketing certifications like Linked In campaign manager, Google Ads etc., from reputed certification agencies. Programmatic advertising experience is preferred but not compulsory.

Roles and Responsibilities of a Campaign Manager:

1. Execute Zoho Campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, campaigns on case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, etc.:

- Utilize various marketing platforms and tools, such as Zoho Campaigns, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing software, to execute campaigns effectively.

- Plan and execute campaigns focused on case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and other relevant marketing materials. Create and place lead forms to collect data.

- Optimize campaign targeting, messaging, and budget allocation based on platform-specific best practices and audience behavior.

2. Devise marketing campaigns with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to effectively target and engage the desired audience

- Identify key objectives and goals for each campaign, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy

- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to inform campaign planning and messaging

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives

3. Oversee the quality of the content created by copywriters and designers to ensure brand identify is adhered to:

- Work closely with the content and design teams to develop compelling and consistent campaign content

- Review and provide feedback on copywriting, visual elements, and overall design to ensure brand guidelines are followed

- Ensure messaging and visual elements effectively communicate the brand's value proposition and key messages

- Conduct thorough quality checks on all campaign content, including text, images, videos, and other media.

- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand standards.

- Coordinate with the content and design teams to address any issues or errors promptly.

4. Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary:

- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and platforms.

- Analyze campaign data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

- Generate regular reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations.

- Implement necessary adjustments to campaigns based on data-driven insights and feedback.

5. Develop creative and technical content whenever required:

- Create engaging and innovative campaign content and Ad copies

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate new approaches into campaign strategies.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop and execute technical aspects of campaigns, such as landing pages, email automation, and tracking systems.
