Business Manager for Sales Office
Responsibilities:
- Manages the day-to-day running of the business on behalf of the leadership team.
- Driving decision making and continuous awareness of critical issues across the organization, resulting in stronger business impact.
- Creating business presentations as per the instructions, guidelines and framework of the organizations for internal leadership calls.
- Managing sales P&L spreadsheets and proactive advice to finance.
- Maximizes and extends the leader while developing relationships with key partners, communicating the leader's and group's strategy, conducting external engagement, and thought leadership, and serving as a trusted advisor to the leader.
- Organizational health monitoring, planning, and development. Provides broad POV, drives health strengthening initiatives and empowering our culture, working with Finance, Operations and HR partners.
- Drives accountability managing business metrics such as scorecards, defining and tracking OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) across the team.
- Team connection: drive org-wide effective communication, flow of information, resources, and knowledge availability within the team and with global WW partners.
Qualifications:
- Ability to learn and understand business, product, and technology.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficient in word, excel and PowerPoint
- Effective partnership skills, fostering collaboration and influencing others.
- Ability to simplify complexity.
- Strategic thinking and problem analysis.
- Can manage business and team operations processes from idea to execution.
- Can anticipate and preempt rising issues before they become blockers.
- Organizational savviness and intelligence.
- Exercise empathy and situational sensitivity.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- BBA/MBA from city based management school with max 3 years of work experience.
