- Client Relationship Management develop and maintain client relationships to understand their requirements thereby suggesting the appropriate solution
- Implementing competent strategies with a view to penetrate existing accounts and expand the scope of services
- Gather market intelligence, understand competitor landscape and recommend strategies to improve the existing marketing and sales practices
- Incremental revenue growth from the existing accounts and meet the revenue target outlined
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth
- Understand and negotiate terms of business, the scope of services and commercial arrangements with the clients
- Excellent communication skills are a must
- Prior experience in handling IT Services and Solutions for fixed bid and T&M would be preferred
