Support external communications of TechnoServe India. This position is a key role in reputation-building with the organizations- donors, project stakeholders, and the general public. Duties and responsibilities broadly support increased awareness and positive imaging of TechnoServe India. Reporting to: Lead Program Development SCOPE &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES : - Original content and editing of marketing communications and donor communication materials both on and offline, including impact reports, public reports, and white papers - Writing of content for the TechnoServe website - Develop content for TechnoServe official Social Media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. as directed - Develop &amp; update brochures, media kits, key messages, fact sheets, &amp; other collateral material as needed - Media outreach including print, online magazines, TV/radio, writing feature articles, etc. - Create and coordinate public speaking engagements with/for TechnoServe spokespersons - Coordinate videography and photography for/of events, projects, activities, etc. for use in publications, media, etc. and ensure appropriate releases are signed and filed; maintain graphics, photo and video files and archives - Gather success stories and project news from program staff for use in all communication (internal &amp; external) - Assist with the development and implementation of Public Relations plans in consultation with senior management - Support the Program Development team with the writing of proposals and concept notes as needed
