TechnoServe - Business Advisor - Entrepreneurship Accelerator Program

The project will support Cohorts and start up & entrepreneurs in addressing growth strategies:

i) Provide business and management skills, provide advisory in areas of develop business planning, identify short term and mid-term business objectives.

ii) Provide one to one business advisory support and mentorship by industry insiders.

iii) Identify partners for access to finance and support in developing fundraising / working capital plans.

iv) Facilitate linkages between Green businesses and financial institutions, green financing firms, government subsidies.

v) Provide exposure to a gamut of service providers, industry associations, through seminars, events.

vi) Enable access to knowledge sharing and ecosystem platforms for Green SGBs.

vii) Facilitate peer networking within Green SGBs.

viii) Facilitate access to green technologies and research institutes and assistance by specialized consultants.

The incumbent should possess strong experience in:

1. Project Management - manage a team of entrepreneurs and their deliverables

2. Business Advisory support - business planning, financial planning, performance improvement, growth strategies, Customer Acquisition and GTM

3. Stakeholder Management - supporting entrepreneurs in anchoring discussions with market players, research organisations, market buyers, financial Institutions, industry experts, start up mentors,

4. Knowledge Management - Enhance Knowledge sharing with approach papers, development of manuals, guidelines, good practice notes, knowledge materials

5. Monitoring, Reporting and Analysis - consolidating and reporting key data, field level intelligence, performance of enterprises, evaluation reports based on frameworks of sustainability, social and environmental impact.

MBA in Management, Finance, Marketing from reputed institutions

- 5-8 years of experience with start-ups, tech / marketing / corporate organizations

- 3-4 years of management consulting and project management experience

- Experience of scaling projects / business operations focused on startup / regenerative / waste business

- Women entrepreneurs are also encouraged to apply for the role
