Role Purpose: The consultant support practice growth through research analysis & recommendation leading to project integration and delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Delivery –

- Manage and contribute to consulting assignments through insightful analysis, modelling and innovative solutions & discussions

- Work on jobs/tasks that contribute towards providing superior solutions and results to clients

Service Development -

- Read and keep updated on developments in sector/ expertise areas and identify new clients/leads

- Assist in business development activities of the company by preparing project/work proposals

- Contribute to the repository of consulting processes and knowledge bank

Project and Client Management-

- Work in collaboration with team members and practice in delivering client assignments and ensure superior
deliverables

- Allocating work responsibilities and monitoring progress and quality of project/work delivery

- Manage client relations and build business pipeline

Desired Profile:

Education: B.Tech in Textile Technology / B.Tech with MBA or PG Diploma in Business management only from premier institutes.

Experience: 3 - 5 Years of relevant experience with leading consulting firm, textile /manufacturing units, or with Fashion Retail.

Knowledge areas & Skills:

- Technical/Functional Knowledge

- Strong analytical skills

- Good at formulating business strategy and business planning

- Experience in Business Process Improvement

- Good at managing team

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, written & presentation skills
