Technology Solutions Architect - FinTech

Role : 

Responsibility to architect and oversee the entire technology platform for all aspects of the loan process, viz., CRM, Application, Loan Origination, Automated decisioning, 3rd party financial data-source integration, Loan Management, Loan lifecycle management, data-driven learning algorithms; and marketplace portals among others

Job Description :

- The Technology Solutions Architect will work on developing the architecture, a full stack web and mobile platform as well as digital marketing related to the company.

- Mentor the tech vendor to partner, build and lead the fully digital tech platform and mobility solution that is the foundation of all of company's products and services

- Have hands-on developer experience

- Eager to build an organisation and create a scalable tech ecosystem for large scale impact

- Excited about data and can lead processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis to enhance customers' experience and efficiency of operations

- Proven achievements in strategic planning at the enterprise level aligning technology with business objectives resulting in efficient, high performing teams, producing predictable results.

- Organized and good at planning and just brilliant in execution

- Expert in Technology architecture, technology solutions, mobile app, web development, preferably in financial institutions, or a fintech company

- Experience in Python & Django framework, MySQL, HTML,CSS, JS. Working knowledge of building an LMS would be a huge plus
