Job Description:
- Minimum 2 years of experience of Tech Recruitment
- Manage end to end recruitment process (Sourcing to Offer)
- Technical recruitment experience to hire people to fill information technology positions. Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing potential workers.
- Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; and managing relocations and intern program.
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
Must haves:
- Prior experience in Technology hiring
- Experience in sourcing through different channels
- MBA preferred but not mandatory
