Technology Product Manager - Media/Auto/Manufacturing/BFSI/Retail

 Must Have Performed Product Manager/Owner roles previously for any domain/industry

 Qualification: Engineering Graduate and MBA

What PM/PO would be doing:

Product Management / Business Analysis / Business Solutions

- Lead or be part of Discovery phase for a new client engagement to propose solutions comprising domain, technology and process knowledge

- Responsible for developing and owning all documentation capturing business and functional requirements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and propose business solutions

- Engage with client to understand/develop/articulate business requirements

- Develop business and functional product knowledge and expertise for engaged clients to complement product engineering and design

Domain Consulting: 

- Develop yourself into a SME for one or multiple industry/domain areas based on research, learning and project experience

- Continuously enhance skills in emerging areas to support domain context, pre-sales, solutions and consulting opportunities

- Engage with client to influence and steer decision related to Product Strategy/Design based on market and customer requirements

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop Content, POC and Capability based on industry trends and customer needs

What skills/experience PM/PO should have:

Product Management Skills:

- Define the product strategy and create the prioritized road map

- Help design and build complex technology products that use a wide range of the latest technologies

- Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.

- Experience in handling product transition phases and can drive transition requirements lifecycle.

- Establish solid and credible relationships with product stakeholders.

- Ability to interact with senior leads on client communications to deliver business goals and objectives.

- Collaboration with Executive Team to develop high-level strategies and quarterly goals on product line.

- Hands on experience in managing the requirements backlog.

- Evangelize Agile, Lean, and Continuous Development best practices

- Hands on experience in managing and mentoring team product team members.
