As a Tech Product Manager, you will play a key role in enabling key use cases on the platform. You will collaborate with key leadership stakeholders across the organization in driving the conceptual design and implementation of key products and features. You will need to generate a deep understanding of our tech products, target users, their needs and the wider ecosystem to create world class differentiated products and features which meet users' core needs and exceed their expectations. Also refine existing products to be benchmarked with best in class products. Responsibilities: - Gather insights - conduct research, user interviews to identify need gaps and user expectations - Conceptualize intelligent, world class and data driven products and features with tech feasibility to address the need gaps - Create stories and user journeys to deliver world class user experience - Create product tech design incl defining APIs to enable world class quality of service and - Ability to gather user requirements and unsaid user insights - Understanding of data products - Research and analytical skills, ability to analyze data - 10+ years of product management experience with scalable software products. - FinTech experience is a must. - Experience with consumer facing apps is desirable. - At least 3 years of experience with fast paced growth organization/Startup.
