JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Project management of the plan, analysis, design and build and release of the selected Technology solution a. Develop and monitor of the project scope and business objectives b. Evaluate and select of the project's delivery approach (e.g. agile, iterative or waterfall) depending on the solution, technology, target market maturity and the scale required. c. Develop the business case, resource plan, project documentation and project plans d. Develop schedules and work packages for the Technology project delivery team e. Develop the contract with legal and 3rd party vendor f. Plan, control and drive the projects- delivery; Produce and update project plans, scope and budget, including detailed resource and activity plans in order to deliver the agreed projects to specification, within time and budget, and to the agreed level of quality. g. Manage project finance and budgets (forecasts, accrual, actual vs planned etc). h. Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies 2. Ensure quality assurance mechanisms are in place so that products/deliverables adhere to agreed requirements. Ensures that Technology solution requirements are defined, delivered and monitored following global Technology standards, architectures, and governance. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE - At least 8 years of experiment on project management with web-based or mobile app-based platforms with a server as backend. - Able to handle multiple projects and is flexible. A lot of time projects will be handled in a pragmatic way and different virtual teams will be formed in each of the projects. - A person should have a solid experience on both Waterfall and Agile project management skill. - Besides Project Management candidate also needs to take on some part of the business analyst role as and when required. - Solid experience in project management using PRINCE2. PRINCE2 or PMP certification is a plus.
