Requirements:

- Worked on Multiple & Latest Technology Platform

- Understand Customer Experience

- Knowledge of Telecom Domain, Mobile Technology and 5G

- Design Thinking and Rapid Prototyping

- Innovation Campaigning

- Understanding of B2B Business

- Understanding of SaaS, and Cloud environments

- Experience in running Innovation Campaigns

- Experience in Project Management

- 10+ years industry experience with demonstrated success in leading innovation strategies and market disruptions

- Must display clear evidence of rapid understanding of new domains, products and technologies

- Experience in defining, planning and executing MVPs

- Ability to think laterally is critical

- Candidates with multi-industry experience will be preferred.

- Strong relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders

- Must be strategic, pro-active and team lead influencer

- Inspires and influences beyond the line organization

 Key responsibilities:

- Supporting best practices. This involves scouting and standardizing market research methods for novel ideas and insights; strategic innovation; promoting open innovation; and introducing group tools and processes that encourage creative thinking.

- Supporting business units in new product and service initiatives. This means acting as methodology experts and facilitator for the most critical innovation teams across the company, supporting them in raising the bar of their aspirations. Training other managers to perform these roles also allows them to support innovation in business units.

- Identifying new market spaces. This includes analyzing trends and market disruptions and searching for emerging new market opportunities. Developing Tech Radar for the company annually to help in disseminating the understanding across all teams and leaders within the organization. Bringing the outside-in view of technology and market disruptions and enabling applications of the same to the portfolio.

- Helping people generate ideas. Setting up and running ideas generation platforms and formats like jam sessions, hackathons, and internal or external crowd-sourcing for the benefit of the corporation.

- Must display clear evidence of rapid understanding of new domains, products and technologies

- Experience in defining, planning and executing MVPs

Role for Chennai:

- Someone handons with Java /J2ee, spring boot technologies

- Developing the team from scratch

-Team management, People management

- Product roadmaps, product development

- Make SDLC plans and communicate to concerned team members and other stakeholders

- Carry out regular team meetings, review the projects against initial plans and take corrective actions(as required)
