Technology Manager - Microstrategy/Actuate/OBIEE

Looking for Technology Manager - Microstrategy / Actuate / OBIEE position for Bangalore

Required Exp : 11 - 15 Years

Package : 15 - 18 LPA (All Fixed).

Preferred Bangalore Localites.

Responsibilities :

- Organize, lead and motivate development resources to meet expected deliverable and quality standards across located in multiple, geographically-diverse locations.

- Organize, plan & execute Development projects as agreed by onshore partners with utmost quality.

- Define standards, best-practices and workflow

- Create accurate change plans, schedules and ensure efficient allocation of resources

- Manage and address changing project needs.

- Facilitate communications within the team and facilitate knowledge sharing amongst the team and other personnel.

- Motivate team members and promote a strong sense of support, ownership and urgency.

- Improve processes and procedures, increasing departmental effectiveness

- Identify resource needs and enforces project and delivery standards

- Create development plans for the team members

- Partner relationship management

- Participate in interviewing, hiring, development and training of new team members

- Track and manage finance for an accounting unit

Minimum Skills/Qualifications :

At least 11 years IT experience with primary focus and technical skills/experience in the following:

- Bachelor of Science/Technology in Computer Science or equivalent

- Advanced SQL Knowledge.

- Hands on experience on DB2/Oracle.

- Good experience on Microstrategy/Actuate/OBIEE tools.

- Good experience in handling very large database (VLDB)

- Good experience in Autosys or any Batch monitoring tool.

- Strong communication skills, problem solving, and organizational skills

- Experience with working with - data quality- concepts

- Experience with working with metadata and data lineage concepts

- Support project experience is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills :

- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and email communication.

- Keeps abreast of new technological developments. Conducts evaluations of new products and POC's.

- Demonstrated ability to learn new subject matter and technologies quickly.
