Technology Holdings - Associate/AVP - Investment Banking

Looking to recruit an investment banking Associate/AVP to be based in Bangalore/Mumbai/Delhi-NCR for Technology Holdings (www.technology-holdings.com).

The person should have at least 3 years of front end investment banking experience and should have executed deals end to end.

Responsibilities:

- Pitch / Presentation / IM Preparation: Prepare marketing materials including market and industry landscapes, target company profiles, client pitches and information memorandums

- Sector & Company Coverage: In-depth coverage of companies across industry sub-sectors. Keep track of emerging companies

- Target Identification: Identify relevant targets based on client requirements and evaluate them

- Financial Modeling: Create detailed financial models using various valuation techniques. Keep track of transactions across sub-sectors and build an internal database of transaction multiples

- Leading transactions: Manage transactions end to end including reaching out to companies, setting up meetings, working on transaction documents and managing due-diligence process

Attributes:

- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken

- Handle high responsibility and work under minimal supervision

- Ability to multi-task, work on multiple projects at the same time

- Good understanding of corporate finance

- Proficiency with financial modeling and valuation techniques

- Outsourcing / technology industry experience will be a plus
