We are well-established product development company solving problems in Retail/eCommerce Domain. Currently, we are in a verge of expanding categories in product portfolios & looking for technology leaders who can enable Technology efforts.

Position: Head of Technology

Location: Noida, India

Experience: 12+ Years

Education: BE/BTech (IIT/BITs/ preferably any of the tier 1 institutes)

Skills Required :

- Must be from Startups/Midsized/ R&D/Technology Companies

- Hands-on experience in coding.

- Have to have understanding of the following - Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Statistical Models, Regression Analysis, Support Vector Machine etc.

- Knowledge of Distributed architecture and infrastructure scaling up. Hands-on on Multi-tenancy, Scalability, and High Availability.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and driving commercial SaaS development, architecture, and infrastructure activities.

- Knowledge of developer operations: Including production and non-production infrastructure, provisioning and configuration management automation, application performance monitoring, security, scalability, and resiliency.

- Head of Technology role is to assure the successful execution of the company's business mission

- Have to be a people person to ensure that the team is adequately motivated to deliver on the goals.

Job Description :

- Liaison with the various engineering teams and ensure business success.

- Identify technology trends which is necessary for success of the business. Maintains up to date knowledge of technology standards and emerging technologies.

- Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms for delivering the best value. Also ensure that the best practices are maintained across the organization.

- Develop and encourage the disparate teams to think differently and find innovative solutions.

- Ensure technical problems are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner.

- Hire the best talent.

Preference :

- Experience in high growth start-up environments would be highly valued.

- Experience in leading and managing technology teams in B2C space
