Technology Head/CTO - Technology Driven Solutions Firm (13-25 yrs)

Our client is a well-funded Real Estate solutions Firm and part of a large group. They are creating innovative products & solutions in the real estate domain and lot of it is technology driven.

They are looking to hire a CTO / Technology Head for their organization in Mumbai.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Creating the Technology vision for the organization

- Directing and Executing the Technology Vision

- Define Product strategy / Roadmaps with scalable architecture

- Identify vendors to develop / execute the projects

- Driving a culture of passion for Data and Tech thru the company

The ideal fit would be a candidate with:

- BE / BTech / MTech from Reputed Colleges

- 15+ yrs of exp and 3+ as an Technology Head

- Have great experience in Developing / Leading large complex B2C or C2C products and solutions

- Have excellent experience in Leading Technology Development

- Have an experience of managing all areas of Technology including Development, Infrastructure, UI, UX, Products etc

- Have exposure to AI, ML, VR & emerging technologies

- Have experience in B2C / D2C Products in FMCG, Real Estate, E-commerce, Consumer Durables, Personal Care, Home care, EdTech, Food Tech, Online Travel, Online Health, Online Fashion & Health or similar

- Great communication skills

- Be ready to relocate to Mumbai
