Our client is a B2B fashion start up, is promoted by a set of textile entrepreneurs with 30 plus years of experience in Indian and global fashion industry.

They have served Indian and global brands over a period of time with apparel and textile products.

Our client was promoted 6 years ago as a startup with a vision to build an agile global sourcing and supply solutions business for Indian and Global fashion brands and retailers. The vision was to serve the Indian and Global fashion brands based on the model of a B2B Aggregation of factories, to be powered by digital Technologies.

Our client has been running this business model offline and planning to build a technology platform to support its sourcing services so that it moves to online mode.

Ourclient is currently offering sourcing services and solutions for apparel and garment products for 12 Indian fashion brands and retailers and will start working with at least 30 Indian and Global brands in total during the financial year 24-25

Tech Head - Location Bangalore-

1. Absorb the vision and mission and get the down load of business model from the CEO

2. Visualize tech platform model, MVP and its features valuate and engage right vendor for tech development

3. Build the platform (MVP) with futuristic technologies through the selected vendor and roll out under AGILE mechanism on the agreed time within the agreed and most efficient cost

4. Continue to build the platform based on the feedback loop and mission of the company through the vendor

5. Slowly build inhouse engineering team and shift the entire development to INHOUSE

6. Be responsible for platform adoption and customer delight at rapid speed

7. Make company DIGITAL FIRST by making the company operate only on digital tools, latest digital technology and become PAPERLESS. Drive the digital transformation of the company.
