Roles & Responsibilities

- Create strategic technical initiatives for the organizations

- Project specific activities, which included estimation guidelines, estimation validation, design guidance and validation, proof-of-concepts, and sign-offs on deliverable

- Evaluate tools and components relevant to design and delivery

- Interact with the stakeholders to understand the architectural direction and ensure quality deliveries

- Establish proper governance processes across onsite and offshore teams along with implementing tools for effective delivery

Desired Profile

- 20+ years’ experience in software development.

- Full SDLC experience, must have helped deliver at least one major release of a complex software product or project.

- Experience with Agile methodologies.

- Excellent English written and oral communications is a must.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a global team.

- A willingness to take on different roles and responsibilities as needed, you thrive at adapting to changing environments.

- Experience in architecting and implementing a complete enterprise software system.
