Technology Frontiers - Data Analyst - Sports & Media

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in application of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms (Generalized Linear Models covering linear, logistic regression, Neural Networks, SVM, Bayesian Methods, Ensemble techniques, Natural Language Processing etc.,)

- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically to solve problems with demonstrated ability to translate business needs or requests into insightful analytics

- Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience in quantitative analysis and creativity in developing reporting solutions

- Experienced in data visualization, presentation and ability to clearly articulate the data insights both verbally and in writing

- Looking for a self-motivated go-getter, with high drive who takes ownership in delivering challenging tasks in a fast paced, hyper-normal growth environment

- Experience working with clients at various levels of an organization with an ability to communicate clearly and develop relationships with business partners

- Demonstrate ability to take on a Client's feedback/questions, translate that into a business problem statement, crunch data to solve the problem and deliver a logical solution and present this to Senior Management and/or Client using solid visualization techniques

- Excellent analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills

- Very strong written, listening and verbal communication / presentation skills

- Ability to develop new ideas, backed by strategic thought process

- Conduct extensive research and work in an entrepreneurial and start-up setup

- Capability to work with cross functional and cross location teams

Knowledge on Database - mongodb & SQL / Teradata (DDL, DML, DCL, joins, triggers, views, Indexes, Triggers, Optimizations etc.,)

- Expertise in R, Python, PySpark to build advanced analytic models

- Experience in conducting quantitative analysis and interpreting results
