Designation : Salesforce - Technology Expert

Location:- Mumbai

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role - technology expert for supporting CRM for one of the business segments of the customer.

Exp 10 plus years (+/- of 2 years should be fine)

Soft Skills:

- Good analytical and communication skills

- Team player

- Self-driven

- Knowledge and experience with agile way of working is a plus

- Agile mindset (focused on continuous improvements)

Technical/Functional skills:

- Advanced Technical/Functional understanding of Salesforce

- Advanced Salesforce knowledge on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, integrations, Force.com (other Salesforce products is a plus)

- Good business understanding (Sales, Marketing and Service)

- Good Data Architecture understanding

Experience:

- Experience working in a collaborative environment

- Experience working in a multinational environment
