Technology Director - Life Insurance

Position based with a large Life Insurance company in Mumbai. 

The position requires a candidate with strong experience on New Technologies preferably working with a E-commerce / Online Company.

Key responsibilities :

- Drive technology applications/software development and digital transformation for the organization

- Set and drive the IT strategy for the organization.

- Work with leadership team and other senior stakeholders to achieve business and technology targets.

- IT Business Application Management - Effective usage of business application for bringing in efficiency in the service deliverable to our internal and external customers. Understand business requirements and propose solutions to meet business objectives and maximize automation of business processes

- Define future Digital road map, end state and digital strategy for D2C and distribution

- Leading the Digital Product Development initiatives across all products offered online across the web and mobile space
