Technology & Digital Consulting Lead - Retail/Mfg/FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

Contributing to the Development of Clients Vision, roadmaps and governance to address today's needs & support future needs.

Define how our clients can leverage IT for greatest strategic Impact, contribute in advising the IT Architecture in the Digital World, that supports the business requirements and reduces cost.

Engage with the CXO to shape, sell and deliver technology consulting & advisory on the IT product preferences to align with desired digital strategy.

Skill Requirements:

Understand the business parameters and drivers and the ability to articulate technology issues to drive transformation results.

Good working knowledge in one of the following areas:

Digital Technology Integration consulting, Digital Strategy Roadmap development, eCommerce/omni channel, Digital Enterprise- Enterprise Mobility, Enterprise Analtytics, Internet of Things.

Cloud Strategy, Security assessment, Saas Implementation.

Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy, IT Operating Models & IT Cost Optimization/ reduction. ERP: HANA Strategy & Planning, data & analytics.

Experience in designing/ Building End to End Business Solution. Practical Experience in E2E Project Delivery Lifecycle desirable.

Experience in one of the following Industry Segment: Consumer, Retail, Manufacturing, Life Sciences / Pharma

Professional Attributes:

High on executive Presence, ability to analyse and understand complex issues, and should have intellectual capability to solve it with break through solutions, Good communication skills.

Qualification: B.tech & MBA from a Premier Institute.

Location: Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore.

Experience: 10 to 12 Years Only in the Indian market place.
