About the role:

The Teach Lead will manage the overall strategy and implementation of Tech enabling the core program and other business requirements for the organisation such that the national scale up can happen. S/he will help people in developing, using and integrating IT systems. Implementation would include being the single point of contact for the Software service provider, end to end back-end support and training of the users. The person will have the opportunity to tech enabled organizational systems for effective operations, devise data solutions for effective decision making and strategic direction.

The successful candidate must be knowledgeable as well as a track record of willingness and ability to work collaboratively and effectively across departments and boundaries to deliver on project objectives. The ability to manage multiple tasks ,own deliverables end-to-end, and communication are all key to success in this role.

Roles & responsibilities:

- As a Lead Tech and Data you would identify the system and technology needed to enable smooth delivery of the core programs as well as business function

- Gather the overall requirement of the systems needed for enabling programs as well as other business functions and create high level tech and data architecture

- You should able to translate the overall tech and data requirements into project with defined timeline and budget

- Your role will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our project will be delivered on time and produce the desired results

- You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.

- Lead and manage project development from the scratch till the completion. Starting from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, and project implementation plan

- To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.

- Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements

- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes

- Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources including vendors.

- Report project outcomes to the appropriate management channels as needed escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility

- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Any other work assigned by the line manager or organisation.

Requirement:

- Education : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computer science or IT or related field .

- Experience: 6-8 years in a fast paced Ed Tech company

- Analytical mindset. Experience in data analytics and data management will be an added advantage.

- Exposure to product development for Education/Skilling would be added advantage

- Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in the English language is preferred.

- Customer service orientation.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as well as in a team based environment.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and stay on deadline.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
