Started in 2011, we are led by a senior ex-Microsoft engineer and are a Microsoft Gold Partner.  Right now, we are looking for an engineer with strong academic track record from a premier institution to join us as Consultant-Microsoft Cloud. The ideal candidate for this position will have hands on experience in Microsoft cloud technologies such as Hyper-V, Office 365, Azure, Enterprise Mobility Suite etc. besides proven technical leadership skills.  You will be interacting with clients and front ending projects and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.  JOB DESCRIPTION  The candidate will be required to:-  1. Provide technical leadership to a team of 8-12 engineers and lead them in delivering complex consulting and implementation projects on Microsoft cloud computing technologies.   2. Take ownership and end to end responsibility of project delivery and drive the technical process from proposal to delivery.   3. Interact with the clients on a continuous basis regarding the specifications of the project, handling their queries, etc.  4. Plan the project in accordance with client requirements, ensuring systematic distribution of work among the team members, follow up on progress of the work and ensure overall coordination of the work between team and client.  5. Manage and ensure project schedules are met  6. Create RFP, SoW, success plan and other documentation of the project.  7. Lead the consulting and deployment team
