Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and qualify leads for cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS, Azure).
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges related to cloud computing.
- Leverage your technical expertise to translate complex cloud concepts into clear and concise customer presentations.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals that showcase the value proposition of your cloud solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring successful contract finalization.
- Provide post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption of cloud services.
- Identify new cloud market opportunities and contribute to sales pipeline generation.
- Partner with regional alliances (e. g. , AWS) to develop targeted market segments and drive sales growth.
- Analyze data and customer feedback to identify trends and develop strategic sales initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in cloud technologies and service offerings.
- 5-8 years of experience in a technical sales role, preferably focused on cloud infrastructure services (AWS/Azure).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and deployment options.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue quotas.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Possession of a relevant cloud certification (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert) is a strong plus.
- Functional knowledge of key cloud technologies and trends like security, scalability, and cost optimization.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience with other cloud platforms (e. g. , Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
- Proven ability to identify cloud market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
- Experience building and managing relationships with regional cloud alliances.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
