Techno Managerial Leader - Digital Transformation - Software Engineering Industry

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

- Should have proven experience of 15+ years in the Software Engineering industry in a Tier-1 or Tier-2 consulting/Services organization

- The aspirant should have atleast one or two Industry domain knowledge preferably Auto, Aero, Power/Energy, Oil and Gas, Water, Manufacturing or HiTech

- Should have consulted and evangelized technical solutions to Business problems faced by the Industries that s/he has worked in, esp. in Digitization and Digitalization areas

- Thought leadership in technology adoption for industries and Industry business process for their business fulfilment, legal compliances and customer experiences demonstrated

- A horizontal spread of Technology skill base spanning Cloud Engineering, IoT, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Analytics and Reporting with a good understanding of Enterprise Systems (ERP, PLM etc)

- Depth of atleast two technology areas would be preferred

-Should be hands on to the extent of Design reviews, solution consulting, Software Architecture, System Design, IT perspectives, Technology choices

- Working experience on atleast one cloud platform AWS/Azure/Google/HP is a must

- Should have atleast 10 years of design and coding experience in atleast one programming language

- Should have delivered medium sized programs with team strengths of 20 or more

- Leadership skills in team motivation, hiring right talent and forming the right teams to solve Business transformation problems

- Will be responsible for starting programs from scratch with building teams from an initial size of 5

- Should have handled complete SDLC stages for atleast two programs, one with agile and one with waterfall processes

- Good and crisp articulation skills
