This is a Techno-Functional role. Should have at least 3-4 yrs of exposure in "Peoplesoft HRMS" Functional tools - Mandatory

- This position would act as 1st line of support for the HR systems and act as a bridge between the business and the HR-IT team. The candidate would also be required to manage Security Administration and System Maintenance activities.

- This position would act as a Business Analyst for HR functions. The Business Analyst role will require the incumbent to obtain a good understanding of the HR applications.

- He/she would act as an advisor to the business to ensure optimum utilization of the systems as well as suggest new enhancements / improvements for better user experience.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Work closely with the regional and global HRIS teams on various project related activities.

- Maintain setup related information's in various HR applications.

- Maintain Application Security for HR applications.

- Provide general support to all stakeholders on HR applications.

- Relationship Management - Be the SPOC to liaise with the vendor for any issue/escalation related to system and support.

- Work closely with operations/functional team and provide training and updates in regards to system changes.

- System Expert - Understand the business processes and systems and suggest improvement by leveraging system functionalities.

- Provide solution to various system related issues / requirements by liaising with the functions and IT /Vendors.

- Manage effective channel of communication with all stakeholders.

- Testing of any changes to HR application.

- Create and Maintain documentations.

Key Skills :

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in working with HR applications.

- Ability to understand and provide solutions to business requirements. Strong problem solving skills.

- Strong functional bent of mind. Good understanding of HR processes a plus point .

- Effective communication and inter-personal skills .

- Strong Decision Making & Influencing Skills .

- Knowledge of various technologies for in-house built applications would be an added advantage.
