Requirements: - Relevant professional qualification, MBA in HR preferred - Experience in managing full cycle ATS implementation's leveraging BOTs, System, Integration & Automation techniques - Proven experience in Talent Acquisition technology, process optimization, MIS, data analytics and employer branding - Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. - Knowledge of talent acquisition systems and technology trends. - Knowledge on budgeting, HC analysis - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills. - Data-driven mindset and a commitment to process efficiency and continuous improvement.
