Looking for a Techno Functional Leader with 13-15 years of relevant experience, who is well versed with Deep learning, Neural Networks, RNN, CNN, Collaborate Filters, someone who can work with Data Scientist team, Modeling team & Technology team, lead development of Predictive models & Algorithms & work towards providing seamless solutions which have direct impact on business decisions and metrics.
Experience (Required):
- 13+ years of experience in Advanced Analytics with hands on expertise in Deep learning, Neural Networks, Text Analytics, Sentiment Analysis, Machine Learning (Gradient Boost, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine), Image Analytics, Opencv, Keras, Tensorflow etc.
- Experience in leading Modeling / Data Science Teams with an end to end understanding of Modeling Life Cycle Management with hands on experience in - Hadoop/ Hive, Python/ Pyspark, R, NoSQL Databases.
Responsibilities:-
Project Delivery & Strategy:
- Lead model development teams and enable the delivery of annual model plans
- Build & leverage horizontal linkages with business teams, and other analytics teams such as implementation & tracking
- Define and develop interaction models aligned to the business requirements
- Contribute to Financial, Operational and Talent plans and ensure adherence AIM & business plans
Talent Management:
- Develop and execute a structured approach to groom talent for the organization
- Create career progression opportunities across the sites and drive succession planning discipline
Organizational Development:
- Identify new competency areas and draw up plans to develop the same
- Define organizational culture and undertake initiatives to promote the same
Relationship Management:
- Interact regularly with Partner leadership to set and manage expectations aligned to group capabilities and work to deepen existing relationships
