Job Description :

- Prepare business review presentation materials, technical and user manuals pertaining to assigned system.

- Support enhancements and bug fixes following proper scheduling and prioritization guidelines

- Effectively communicate project status and issues to project team and departments involved

- Proactively monitor system and resolve errors and problems through analysis and involvement of other business and IT teams as required

- Manage, prioritize, track and establish all bug tracking items pertaining to assigned systems

- Implement standard, repeatable, reliable practices to achieve efficiencies and meet launch deadlines

- Design, implement, execute test plans and maintain development, staging and production environments

- Database design and PL/SQL Programming

Job Specification :

- 5+ Year of experience on implementation/ support of SIM application

- Technically excellent on all aspects, including Java, BI-Publisher, Pro*C, PL/SQL, Unix Shell scripting.

- Should have managed team of SIM technical resources

- Reporting to Project/ Support Manager on regular basis
