One of our clients is looking for a Techno Commercial expert in Power Sector, someone who has over 2 decades of experience in Project Planning & Management, Design & Engineering, Procurement,Tendering, DPR, Business Development, Budgeting, PPA, and Contract Administration & Procurement of Hydro-Electric Power Projects and associated Substations in India and abroad.

- He should have effectively managed overall project life-cycle of international repute, from development to delivery, encompassing planning, monitoring, acquiring, inter-disciplinary coordination and resource planning in small to large scale, national and international Hydro-Electric Power Projects and associated Substations

- Successfully managed DPR, design & engineering and technical administration involving estimation, tendering, inspections, techno-commercial negotiations & settlement of bills

- Expertise in developing request for purchase quotes, estimating quantity, considering scope, framing & awarding contracts

- Skilled in handling contract (pre & post) activities involving techno-commercial studies (technical & commercial aspects), cost-benefit analysis and tendering (floating, analysis, negotiation, conclusion & close-out of contract)
