About The Job : We are currently seeking a Data Management & Payroll- Manager, to join our HR Operations team based in Noida.
Main accountabilities :
- You will handle multiple domains of HR function such as Data Management and Payroll
- Overseeing and supervising the organizations payroll functions, ensuring that payroll is processed on time, accurately and in compliance with the organizational payroll calendar and government regulations
- Provide functional support and direction to the Team members on customer support needs
- Determine the service level agreements (SLA) and ensure adherence to SLA, control standard and issue escalation matrix
- Oversee the day to day operations from hire to retire processes in meeting the agreed service level agreements and business operational requirements.
- Ensure HR Service Delivery processes are compliant with standards determined by the relevant stakeholders
- Develop a roadmap of productivity improvement of HR operations managing costs & resources efficiently and in line with external benchmarking standards
- Actively participate and lead transition of HR processes from other Technip Energies group entities
- Expertise in Data Management and Payroll in SSO/BPO organizations, should have participated in or lead transitions from onshore to offshore
- Develop Digital Transformation strategy to bring efficiency and enhance customer experience
About You :
- A Bachelors degree is required or Masters degree in HR or Business related field preferred
- Should have experience in Employee life cycle with ERP tool like Oracle-HCM or SAP
- 15-18 years of experience with minimum 12 years at Managerial level
- Trained on Six Sigma Methodology will be additional advantage
- Transition management skills & expertise
- Undertake the day to day management of the HR Shared Services function creating a one team spirit to ensure the effective delivery of Employee Lifecycle services in an efficient, timely and accurate way
- Provide effective direction and line management support to service delivery teams to ensure that process improvements are successfully articulated, agreed, embedded and where appropriate, reviewed
- Manage the teams work plan and improvement projects ensuring the coordination and allocation of work, ensuring quality assurance and continuous improvement activities to agreed plans
- Impulse a strong mindset oriented towards continuous improvement, excellence and customer experience
