TechnifyBiz - Head - Product Quality

Responsibilities

- Product R&D on each of the current commodity and new commodities

- Knowledge about dry fruit processing

- Understanding customer consumption patterns as well as vendor production patterns

- Understanding the quality specifications for each commodity and onboarding vendors for the same

- Identifying and setting up the best manufacturing processes at the vendors- site so as to provide consistent quality of materials

- Quality audits at vendors sites

- Tying up with processing instruments manufacturers in India and abroad to set up the same for our vendors

Requirements :

- Proven working experience in developing new products, R&D of new products, quality specifications set up for the same.

- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in - reading- the market

- Talent in negotiations and networking

- Good knowledge of supplier or third party management software

- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers

- Experience in collecting and analyzing data

- Strong leadership capabilities

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in quality, supply chain management, logistics or business administration

- Industry experience of 7-8 years
