Responsibilities :
- Learning Needs Assessments for identifying the technical needs for individuals / teams
- Curate content from the online repositories and create a Learning Path for individuals / teams
- Deliver learning programs as and when needed.
- Provide Mentoring and Coaching
- Working with the learners to ensure they are able to understand concepts and also support in practicing the concepts through case-studies or problem-solving
- Create Assessments, Case-studies to enable practice sessions
- Support in resolving technical issues during the learning period
- Support in Re-skilling / Up-skilling or Cross-skilling
- Design creative Learning Solutions which will enable people to continually learn and grow - Provide opportunities and guidance that enable the transfer of learning into effective practice for the associates
Experience: Experience in Technical skills like Java, .Net,Big Data, Cloud
