Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for the creation of blended learning resources and the delivery of technical training solutions, focusing on productivity technologies, to play a pivotal role in educating our employees and end users globally. To be an advocate for the effective use and optimization of Microsoft's suite of productivity tools, enabling employees to carry out their roles in the most efficient and productive way possible. The role is responsible for developing strong, collaborative relationships to support and drive user adoption of technology.

- Stay informed about emerging technologies, continuously research and learn about new productivity technologies and in-house solutions that could benefit the organization. Proactively promote these solutions to the business using varied methods of training and communication.

- Maintain and offer a global training program to support the use of productivity technologies and in-house solutions. Be responsible for the design, and delivery of technical training that cater to the needs of all employees.

- Prepare comprehensive training materials, user guides, videos, and tips to support the continued learning and understanding of productivity technologies and in-house solutions.

- Stay current with industry trends, and attend conferences, webinars, and workshops related to productivity technologies and in-house solutions to keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.

- Actively participate in, and assist in the maintenance and development of the Productivity Technologies Community of practice, building a thriving knowledge sharing hub for the best use of technology.

- Assess the technical training needs of the business, being aware of how employees use the applications available to them and any existing skills gaps. Ensure that the delivery of knowledge sharing in the most effective way, meeting all learning styles.

- Support onboarding for new joiners, and collaborate with HR and relevant teams to provide technical training during the onboarding process. Additionally, offers ongoing training and refresher courses to ensure employees remain proficient in using the technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Extensive experience working as a technical trainer, and experience of different methods of delivery to different audiences.

- Strong technical understanding with the ability to engage with systems and processes and break them down into small steps.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing technical training programs at global organizations.

- Strong knowledge of multiple technical areas including Microsoft 365 and Atlassian suite.
